RETURNS POLICY

1.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.2. Certain products may be exempt from being returned, including personalized or custom-made items.

2.2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
SECTION 3 – RETURN SHIPPING
3.1. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
SECTION 4 – REFUND PROCESS
